Polo lobia farangi or Rice with green bean

Ingredients

400 Grams meat with bones or 250 grams ground meat

2 glasses rice

2 teasp salt

2 teasp turmeric

A pinch of red pepper

4 tblsp tomato paste

200 grams green bean

water

1 small onion

First wash green beans, cut it's two sides then cut it in 3 CM pieces.  Peel onion and chop it.  Fry onion in a little oil then add meat, a teasp salt, a teasp turmeric and a pinch of pepper then fry it for a minute.  Add tomato paste and water and bake it for an hour as it remains just a glass of sauce at the end.  If it was more than a glass, you must let it boil to vapourises extra water.  Remember to separate bones before using the mix in rice.

If you want to use ground meat, first chop onion and fry it then add ground meat, salt, pepper and turmeric.  Add tomato paste and fry it all then add a cup of water and let it boil for five minutes and stir it all together.

Fill a pot with water, add a teasp salt and let it boil on fire.  Pour rice and boil it for about 10-15 minutes based on your rice type until it taste under your teeth that it was baked not very soft.  Pour it in a colander then add meat mix with it's sauce.  Stir it all together.  Pour a little oil on the pot.  Add rice then put the lid and let it cook for 30 minutes.

At the end pour a little hot oil on rice and serve it.

If you are veggeterian, you can replace meat with soya.
